After 15 plus years of tolerating one of the rudest groups of front desk providers I finally had all records transferred to a new dentist. Dr Mertes is a caring compassionate and competent Doctor. His staff is rude, disinterested and clearly not reflecting Dr Mertes. My son opted out of his last pediatric dentist. As a child who has grown up Medically involved; while a part of large medical systems... there was absolutely no bond to the front desk and the women who saw him grow —cold and rude..

Karen Andrews has been my dentist for many years and I could not recommend her and her team highly enough. I was extremely nervous about visiting the dentist until Karen started treating me.
