Family Dentistry

The dental hygienist absolutely mutilated my mother's bottom gum to the point where you can see her tooth. I've gone to Dr. Breasbois for a while and have never had a fantastic experience, but never this bad of an experience either. To add salt to the wound, the hygienist lied to my mother only to backtrack when my father called her back to discuss his concerns. Extremely unprofessional and I would personally not allow an employee like that in my practice. Along with my mother's bad experience, I went to this office three times (regular 6 month checkups) without Dr. Breasbois being there at all. I'm currently working on finding a new dentist after this experience and I'd strongly encourage anyone else to do the same.
