This is incredibly disappointing to write but I gave my review to Dr. Lowery as a follow up to a visit two months ago, and never received a response from the practice. I have probably been a patient for close to 20 years. I have received many years of quality care in the past but something has changed in the last few years. I am not sure if everyone quit or was fired during Covid, but everyone left. The quality of the practice has seriously gone downhill. I have had temporary crowns break, permanent crowns replaced because they fit incorrectly, and simple billing issues that were not communicated or resolved until I had to step in and resolve myself. The quality of the cleanings have gone downhill as well. After Covid, the quality of the staff has really gotten worse. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who takes their dental care seriously.
