17Worst dentist I\'ve ever had. Drilling is all she can do, when in fact there was nothing there. Left as quickly as I could and found a dentist that offers services I actually need rather than her damaging services. Shouldn\'t be licensed to practice and reported to the Board.

3The worst!!! My 2 kids were patients at Holdbrook for 10 years until they treated them and my wife like crap because the front desk has no clue. We always had dental insurance but for a short time we didn\'t but we still kept our appointment because our kids teeth and heath is important to us so we paid for our visit that day with our dept card. Then a few weeks later we got a letter from delta dental saying of visit wasn\'t covered, which is why we paid with our card because we didn\'t have coverage. Moreover, they tried to charge delta dental less than what they changed us, so we contacted the office and they said it was a mistake. Then the following week we got a letter from Metlife dental saying our visit wasn\'t covered and yet again we called the office and they said it was a mistake and not to worry about it. Finally, my wife took them to their most recent appointment and this time we had coverage however, they claimed we never paid for the last visit, which we had the receipt

2Dangerously incompetent especially with implant surgery. Deceptive business practices with incomplete treatment plans and surprise charges for services that should have been included in initial payment. He already has the Pennsylvania dental board investigating him.
