like Dr. Swain, but disappointed in his billing staff. Being a patient for over a year they never informed me they were an out of network provider. Now they are billing me for services that are 100% covered by my insurance by other providers. Very disappointed.

Wasn’t very friendly which is fine. But overlooked major issues concerning my sons future dental health and will now result in braces in the future and a minor surgery.
