Dr. Morris has neglected to inform her current patients that she no longer practices dentistry. I went for my appointment today and was told she did not leave any records so that the office could call patients on her behalf to warn them. I took prophylactic antibiotics because of Dr. Morris without any reason today, since the earliest the office could reschedule me was for the next day. I had enjoyed being her patient but this is unforgivable.
