The staff is wonderful, as is Dr Pelczar. My husband has gone to him for many, many years, and we both go to him now, even though he isn\'t in our insurance network. It\'s worth paying extra for a good dentist. His office staff files the insurance papers for us so we can get the out-of-network coverage. He does a great job of explaining options and risks and benefits, and is helpful with necessary referrals. His staff is the best!
