Dr. Gateno is a great, professional, and trustworthy doctor. I went to Dr. Gateno for a mandibular advancement surgery. Dr. Gateno is very thorough with his work and does an excellent job at explaining every detail of what he does. Since he has been in practice for over 20 years you can be assured that he has plenty of experience. I am now about a year and a half out from surgery and I have had no complications whatsoever. I easily recommend Dr. Gateno for your oral maxillofacial and orthognathic needs.
