2not very impressed...they cancelled my appointment for a crown procedure, and when I tried to reschedule, I was told I would have to wait nearly 2 months...they are accepting new patients, but make their current patients wait...plus after 2 office visits, I never even met Dr. Rodriguez, only his assistants.

2Dr. Pfister has been my dentist for over 20 years. When she left Mesa Ridge Dental, I found her at Lake Avenue Dental and followed her! I\'ve never done that before. My hygienist Cindy and her coworker (from Kansas City) and the nice lady at the front made my experience so relaxing and comfortable that I could have stayed all day!!! Cindy was absolutely wonderful! The hygienist portion of a dental visit has always caused me anxiety - Cindy made me so relaxed so fast that I have no doubt that my visits every 3 months will happen without fail! I highly recommend this office!! I couldn\'t be happier!!!

1First time at this dentist. Wait time was short. Had the most thorough dental exam in my life and it was fast. Dental assistants, hygienist, and Dr. Sagullo were all extremely friendly, helpful and quick. Provided very personal attention. Will definitely be using this dentist for a long time and I am very particular!

1Dr. Arango is fantastic! He explains everything so well. He had also made a suggestion to wait on my daughter\'s braces until she had gone through her last growth spurt. We would go once a year for him to evaluate her (at no cost). He could have been like others (who we\'d experienced) who would\'ve taken our money (and done two sets of braces-costing more money). His staff is knowledgeable and is just as wonderful as he is.

1My dentures didn't fit and instead of fixing them, he told me "I'm going on vacation so too bad". They broke the next day and now I have to wait a week for another appointment. I'm currently looking for another dentist. This office needs to be under new management!

2A very professional set of visits and services from start to finish. I needed a check up, and had a reasonable amount of clean up needed: A cracked filling and 2 crown replacements that needed work with removal, temporary then final fittings. Not a 1 sitting job for sure. Mitch knows what he is talking about, and makes sure you are comfortable and informed through the treatment plan. Really impressed with not just his dental skills, but attention to the finer details of crown fittings.
