4The doctor is great, but his billing practices and staff are abhorrent. When I went to check out they informed me that my wife who was in the week before had a balance. This means they are unwilling to wait for the insurance to clear. This was poor practice, but then the clerk told me they had called my wife and she said I would pay. I didn\'t question this but when I got home and mentioned this to my wife she said they never called. Pushing dealing with insurance off onto the customer is poor practice, but lying about calling my wife is unacceptable. Apparently this is their common practice according to my wife, they keep sending bills until the insurance pays. This seems to me to be harassment, you\'d think a service provider would be accustomed to dealing with slow to pay insurance and wouldn\'t harass their customers. The impatience to be paid is poor practice, but lying to me has destroyed my confidence in this provider.
