5When you schedule a patient for a consultation, MAKE SURE THE SURGEON IS NOT GOING TO BE OUT AT LUNCH. Especially when you call the patient the day before to confirm the appointment.. This place is a joke and unprofessional. Lady on the phone told me "Well, I don't know what you want me to do?" Um. How about not be incompetent and make sure you communicate with the rest of the staff?! Definitely won't be getting my business or anyone else's that I know.
