Used them because of my insurance. Turned out they will go ahead and give you full diagnostic without mentioning any pricing due to your insurance paying. They take x-rays yet you have to pay to receive them -again, after insurance covers this fee. The doctor will "recommend" something that is not mandatory for dental health, yet won't complete services due to customers not selecting what he recommends. He verifies that the additional services recommended is not mandatory for dental health concerns. Yet he denies services. I went to another dental clinic called Jefferson. They were completely honest. Told them what I been through 30 minutes prior, & they helped me out with a simple extraction. Had to be the fastest tooth extraction I've had. I will be contacting my insurance to complain about this provider. They were completely a waste of my 2-1/2 hours, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR SERVICES. TERRIBLE DOCTOR. RUDE RECEPTIONIST AND RUDE DOCTOR. HIGH PRICED AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
