The ineptitude of this office is baffling. They dropped me as a patient (In the middle of treatment!) because I wanted to better understand a bill that was 50% higher than the estimate. After several phone calls, I was lied to multiple times, hung up on, and told to find a new dentist. They refunded my money with a check that bounced and I was charged a fee by my bank. When I reached out to get my X-rays, they never responded and never sent them to my new provider. If you value reliability, basic communication, professionalism, or reasonable service, avoid this practice at all costs!
