I went for a check up and they told me I had 12 cavities I went to get a second opinion and only had 3 I guess they just love juicing the insurance

I have been a patient for over 5 years. While I was never a huge fan of this office (due to some minor billing issues and inconsistency of hygienists), I’m even less of a fan now. It seems the office may be expanding (?) and maybe leading to growing pains. Their communication is horrible - basically nonexistent. Was told by 1 dr I needed 5 fillings and then asked Fermelia to review xrays and been nearly 2 months and no reply. (I regularly see Dr Fermelia so I don’t understand how all the sudden I could possibly need 5 fillings.) Do not recommend this dental office.
