I'd give negative-0 stars if I could. At my cleaning at LA Dental, he pranced in and looked for about 5 seconds and told me I needed a filing and an extraction. It freaked me out a bit because I haven't had a cavity in 25 -30 years. I told them I wanted to wait on doing it, so he said he'd give me some Prevident. He started talking about football and how he uses Prevident before the Sants games on Sundays, and I said I didn't watch football. "Oh well then" and he GOT UP AND LEFT. Fast forward to now - I've stressed about fixing my teeth for months and decided to see a different dentist expecting all this dental work (filing, extraction, implant replacement) and THERE IS NOTHING WRONG with my teeth. There is no cavity and no need for an extraction. It's called 'black triangle' which is a receding gum line and nothing more. BEWARE of this guy if he tells you that you need expensive dental work!!!.

Dr. Bilello put implants in for me and the results were absolutely awesome! Everyone couldn't believe how real my teeth looked, and even people who knew me, could not tell two of my teeth were implants. He takes great care in going the extra mile to make sure your teeth are just like you expect them to be. He is known as one of the best dentist in the tri-parish region and known for his maticulous and excellent dental work.
