5I live in another state and while visiting the area one of my crowns broke. The office scheduled me immediately and Dr. Hood came up with a great option to decrease the pain while traveling. The staff was professional and courteous. Loved them so much, I have scheduled an appointment for crown replacement after vacation. Would recommend!

4The staff is rude and uncaring. No attempts are made to help the patient relax and they don’t seem to take actions to minimize pain. She put me through procedures I later found were unnecessary. Has little to no knowledge about how other health issues affect teeth and gums. Staff was 1/2 hour late coming back from lunch (I had an appointment scheduled after their lunch break) and they didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for my wait. Bad experiences all around. Been avoiding going back so I’m scheduling with a new dentist. I would have given zero stars but that’s not an option.
