First of all the rude office “Karen” over charged me for my visit. When I questioned it she said I had a credit. I said I would like a check or cash. She did not like that. Second visit for cleaning hygienist said my insurance covered X-rays. They didn’t. When I challenged this with my carrier they investigated. Allison LIED and said I was told my insurance didn’t cover the X-rays. Flat out lied for $130. Enjoy it cause it’s the last you’ll get from me. Strange log cabin atmosphere too..
Great, even for a dentist appointment. Dr Furman is always pleasant, caring and efficient.
I live in another state and while visiting the area one of my crowns broke. The office scheduled me immediately and Dr. Hood came up with a great option to decrease the pain while traveling. The staff was professional and courteous. Loved them so much, I have scheduled an appointment for crown replacement after vacation. Would recommend!.
