This place doesn't want to help at all.. I am a young guy with barely any mouth problems. All I wanted was a cleaning and 1 cavity to be removed... the doctor will only order what ever is not on your insurance coverage which it will be extremely expensive... they don't care about anything other than money.. on my first visit, i asked her to please order me things that I can afford, now keep in mind, my insurance covers (6 cleanings a year) including deep cleanings. But she wanted to order every code that they don't cover... .

One of the best experiences I've ever had with the VA. Fast, friendly service, no hassle..

So I went in for a cleaning ... It seemed from the get-go the dentist was trying to find out what was wrong with the work that had been previously done. I'm from Hialeah The dentist was making comments as if I had ridden down 49th street looking for illegal dentist to do the work in my teeth. 2) then she went onto mention how teeth whitening would be beneficial ( which is not covered by insurance of course .. Up sell ) 3) after I told them I didn't want a procedure for which I would have to pay , they denied me the CLEANING for which I originally scheduled my appointment for. Finally, the office manager was adamant about telling me how my insurance doesn't cover the extra x-rays they had to do. On yeah, and the dental Assistant was very "friendly " in reminding me I can have my cleaning when I come back for the paid procedure. This is a disappointment as I came in as a referral. The demographics of their patients , at least from what I gather where clients on their 5-6th generation , so I guess the "used car salesman " mentality works with them. I won't ever set foot again in this practice , they are more into upselling than actually providing quality service. .
