My child has braces with Mr. May. The office is never open when it says it is . The girls behind the decks as me what is the next step in the process....not the doctor. Our insurance was miss billed. The doctor can never tell me where we are in the process , what still needs to be done, and when the braces are coming off. I paid thousands of dollars for braces and the office doesn't know what is going on
