4I visited Shamblott in mid November was told I needed emergency extractions and that they would be able to help me that day. I was then sat down and told how much I would have to pay and what my insurance would be covering, Everything went well during my visit I paid what I was told my portion was and went on my way. Two months later I received a bill stating my account was overdue for an additional $204 , When I called Shamblott to find out why I had received this overdue bill the lady on the phone told me the original was just an estimate and that's what I had been told the day of the extractions( I was never told it was just an estimate). Looking over the bill they have changed the rate on each extraction to make up this additional cost. I asked to get someone on the phone that can help and I've been told they will call back, to this point I have received to call back and they have become more rude over the phone when I call to ask. I would not recommend them to anyone as they seem to just do whatever they want and just expect you to pay with no explanation. Overall terrible experience.
