18My consultation went great, the wait was ridiculous I sat in their waiting room for over 2 HOURS before I was seen. I got an appointment for two Mondays later, after a holiday, while I was on paid vacation. I get a call less than 4 hours before the surgery \"your insurance hasn't approved for sedation yet.\" ??? I call my insurance and they have no record of a request for sedation. They either didn't send it in, or didn't send it correctly. My insurance put a rush on it, and it was approved within days. Here's the thing that aggravated me. They had a WHOLE WEEK to check on the approval and they didn't. If I could give them zero stars I would. This has been stressful and ridiculous and I will not be going back to them for anything ever again.
