Dr. Masunaga had several crowns made for my teeth. Within a very short period of time, ALL of the crowns (repeatedly) came off. When it first occurred, he accepted responsibility and put them back on at no charge. Eventually, he wanted to charge me for putting the crowns back on. I went to another dentist and he informed me that the crowns were done incorrectly and would never stay on. The billing receptionist was very professional and friendly. Stay away from Dr R. Masunaga.
