Absolutely terrible! My family trusted this practice because they were Korean speaking, however can’t even describe how horribly my family & I were treated. Customer service is non existent. If you express any concerns post treatment, guaranteed you will get a finger pointed at your face with staff stating (verbatim), “It’s your fault!”... this was stated directly to my grandmother. Lost for words, my family & I immediately found another Dentist. To sum it up, this place is unprofessional, with staff unbelievably disrespectful... This was a horrendous/shocking experience. Zero stars.
