I had a procedure done a few years ago and had a horrible experience. I ended up in the hospital for many days due to a poor wisdom tooth extraction that Dr. Shnayder performed. The staff was not friendly and refused to answers our questions when I was very sick with a horrible infection that almost turned septic. If I did not take it upon myself to go to the ER it would have led to even worst complications. Shnayder tried to fix his mistake but made it worse. Please do not send your loved one here.

This dentistry is not trustworthy! My wife, son, and myself went to see them for annual cleaning.  Even though we had insurance and proof of insurance they \"required \" payment up front stating when the insurance paid them they would reimburse us. Later we received receipt from our insurance, they had billed them for a cleaning on myself they had NOT done! Months later we still never received our money back so I called them. The billing person was out and would return our call.  After several attempts, our call was returned and they said yes they had been paid by our insurance and would mail a refund. When we finally recieved our refund I took it to the bank and they refused to cash the check because the dentist office misspelled my name.  I then had to fight with the dentist to get my money back and they had the nerve to accuse me of trying to cheat them!  If money or insurance fraud are at issue for anyone reading this, we STRONGLY advise you find any dentistry other than this one!

Where to begin. Unnecessary work. Rushed, which was uncomfortable and led to a medical situation weeks later. Forced friendliness. Technique, ability, thoroughness, honesty we\'re all in question. Intuition said leave the place. Steer clear. Better to wait than rush toward a nightmare.
