Dr Cross was great until I questioned a bill. I was unhappy to see that I had been charged for an X-ray I didn't get - and said so. I try to avoid dental X-rays with all of the news about their link to brain tumor, and Dr Cross had been fine with that for three years. Suddenly, after this billing dispute, he is requiring X-rays \"for liability purposes.\" If you're looking for a standard dentist, he'll do. If you're looking for someone who will work with you, look elsewhere - I know I am.
