Flossing was very difficult with braces. Sometimes the brackets would break when I would floss and his staff would get mad at me for breaking them. Sorry for flossing??? One of his assistants have the nerve to get mad at me when my retainers could not fit over my permanent one. Well, for starters, the plastic retainer was not made to fit with the permanent one and they did not give me a new retainer either.Incompetent staff. Stuck up receptionist. Never again.
