5Deveroux has done good work on my teeth, for many years. The other younger dentists are not so good, they made some (serious) mistakes in diagnosis. Admin and staff is AWFUL - too many untrained and rude. They did crown estimate about 5 times and every time it was wrong or missing something. Finally they provided a number but forgot to check that my insurance does not cover crowns. Another time I came in a few days before my insurance kicked in, I was there just for 65$ cleaning, and they treated me extremely rudely. One time I was there to take X-rays and the X-ray tech was some young lady covered with tattoos, and she didn't even look at me, did not even talk with me, and took wrong X-rays. She missed the part that was the problem, all the way in the corner. I politely reminded her. She just gave me dirty looks, never said a word, and went somewhere, then told me to shut up and that X-ray is ok. It wasn't. I could see it on the screen. At that point I was very frustrated and I told her in front of everyone that I do now wish to ever see her again. The response from the manager? I had appointment at 8am to see Dr. Deveroux and she called me at 7:30am to tell me that she is cancelling my patient status. Dr. Deveroux did see me for like 5 minutes and he said that he does not have the time to train his staff anymore bc there are too many of them.
