the best dentist EVER!.
Takes time to really make you comfortable. Explains every step of procedure especially when it’s a lengthy process!.
Dr, DiCristofaro is an excellent dentist. He takes time to explain what he is doing and why. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends. The staff is very special as well..
I could not possibly recommend this dentist highly enough. The staff is amazing, the service prompt, and the facility immaculate. By far the best dentist I have ever gone to in my life. You won't be disappointed!.
Affordable, professional, clean and awesome..
I was a patient of Dr. Bonsteel for about 5 years when he was in the other office and just visited the new office for the first time today. Dr. Bonsteel is the best dentist I ever had. He is cheerful and friendly, takes the time to explain everything clearly, always tries to care for you in the best possible way and does excellent work. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about his office staff. In the old office, the women at the front desk were usually very distracted and short. Somehow there always seemed to be issues with the insurance which took extra time to sort out, but typically everything was resolved after not too long so although I didn't like the staff that much I continued going there. As for the new office, it's an entirely different story. The young woman who answers the phones and greets you when you come in is very loud and difficult to deal with. When I called to make an appointment I said I had a semi-emergency situation and was in pain. Since I had been a patient of Dr. Bonsteel's in the old office, she said I could come to either office but if I wanted to stick with the old office I could switch to a different dentist. Since I needed to be seen right away, she suggested I come to the new office since she said she could squeeze me in within 2 days, so I agreed and made the appointment. When I arrived, the same woman (I recognized her voice) said Dr. Bonsteel could not see me since I was "not on the roster"! What a nerve! When I said "you told me to come here", she replied "but we don't have you on your roster, the other office does, so you have to go there". I insisted I be seen there since I had taken very precious time from work to come there, and asked for the manager, who coldly said "let me explain to you how this works . . ." and refused to allow me to be seen, claiming that the insurance would not cover me. I disagreed with her so I called my insurance company and of course they told me that I would have in fact been covered, stating that they could have faxed an authorization into the office on the spot. When I turned around and saw the office staff staring at me and listening into my conversation and smiling, I decided to leave the office and file a complaint, which is what I did. What an obnoxious bunch! Dr. Bonsteel please fire them and get a new staff, unless you want to lose many more patients! Until then my advice: FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!
