I actually called and scheduled an appt for a client on Medicaid. The appt was scheduled over a month ahead of time. The day of they called to change the time because they overbooked. I couldnt change the time due to other clients. They called back to cancel stating that they didnt realize he was a new patient and on Medicaid and Dr Wold stopped accepting Medicaid 2 wks earlier. I do NOT believe them. I think they were trying to cover their mistake of over booking so the Medicaid.
The administration / appointment desk were not very helpful and didn't seem to care about helping me. When I inquired about the next step in a multiple treatment plan, they said they would contact me. When I was leaving I inquired about the next step in a multiple procedure treatment plan they said they would call me the next week and make an appointment. After waiting 6 weeks I called to schedule the appointment I was told the pretreatment was not back from insurance. It was never submitted..

The staff is great. Dr Hulet is the best! We moved to Corvallis but my husband and I drive to Newport to go to Dr. Hulet. I highly recommend him for children and adults..
