Dr. Shapiro and his secretary have always been very helpful and caring when we would visit or call. We had very specific requests and questions, and he made sure to spend time with us to address all of our concerns. If he couldn't answer them right away, however, he would get back with us with the answers. Dr. Shapiro often has the office phone forwarded to his cell phone if they are out of the office, which I believe goes above and beyond what many other doctors do. I would definitely recommend this practice.
