22I had a root canal retreat by Dr. Harwood a few years ago and it has never felt 100% normal. I called his office today to schedule an appointment to come in for him to check on it and was refused service by his receptionist. She was so rude and accused .me of trying to get a free exam (which is absurd) and kept telling me to go to regular dentist. I am appalled that Dr. Harwood would allow a receptionist to turn a patient away. Dr. Harwood is outrageously expensive and does not take insurance. The fact that I paid him so much money and I can\'t pay to come in for an appointment is disgusting.
