9Horrible experience, pricing wasn\'t clear, staff was unresponsive and rude, the hygienist used too much numbing gel. The gel went down my throat and produced an effect similar to waterboarding. I\'m lucky that I didn\'t have a heart attack right there in the office. When I asked to talk to Dr. Jacki said she would not speak with me and then she threatened me with a lawsuit if I gave a negative review. That\'s how you earn a well deserved one-star review. Avoid this man-hating provider.
