11this office use to be one of the best, but like everything else. nothing is forever... Since the office decided to change names for whatever reason, everything included customer service has gone down the drain. They change names of there company & don't notify there long time customers, they schedule appointments & then change them because operating hours changed, once rescheduled & arrive for appointment only to find door locked??? after leaving several messages to call me back, they finally did only to tell me they have now moved... Would have been great to know that day of my appointment as I went to old address & wasted valuable time away from my job. Thanks Dr.Rieger for making changes & losing customers. I won't be coming back anymore. G.G
