Dr. Nordstrom is an amazing dentist. He makes his own crowns - I would know I have quite a few. He is kind and soft spoken. A friend and fellow patient has called him an Artist in his profession. I trust him to do excellent work with minimal pain and discomfort. Highly recommended..

When I’ve taken my 3 little ones, the Staff was awesome and work hard to get you everything you need. Dr Banks is awesome as well. My kids never had a bad experience with the previous dentist but a teenager made negative comments about what happens at the dentist just before they had appointments and that was it! All 3 were fearful. Dr. Banks and his staff worked so hard to calm the littles and reassure them. They still had some issues but now look forward to seeing Dr. and his assistants. Great to have found this office!.
He didn't do it right. Took 3 hours because he went crazy with the glue and couldn't get it out from between my teeth. Yanked and pulled on me for ever. Then the next week I had severe headaches and pain. went to a specialist and my jaw had been sprained. Two of my bottom front teeth chipped & my top front two fell in. Dr. Rauch recognized it and said he'd fix them. Long story short, 18 months later with many expensive bills from a specialist Dr. Rauch changed his mind and didn't fix anything or take responsibility. Now it's been two years and the crown just fell off!!.
I have tmj pretty bad to the point I have a displaced disc in my jaw and I’m unable to open my mouth with out excruciating pain. Unfortunately the good side of my mouth needed work and a big filling came out of my mouth. Talk about bad timing. I cannot express my fear and worry about having my jaw lock open because that’s how bad my tmj is. Dr. Rauch literally got me in and squeezed me in as an early patient. and did the very best that he could with my mouth being hardly able to open. I’ve had horrible experiences in my past with dentist but I will be forever greatful that he did this for me. For a small town we are incredibly lucky to have such an amazing dentist. He’s quick! Gets the job done fast and I can’t praise him enough. Thankyou again. Deena.
Dr Rauch fit me in today for an emergency. He’s the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The staff was wonderful, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Tim Rauch. Thank you Dr Rauch and staff!.
