Office staff was very rude and unprofessional. Lady at the front desk insisted I needed a stiff drink. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!.
I feel my fellow Comcast users pain. But this review is for this Comcast center in Avenel. Not for the entire company. The center is fine. People at the desk are friendly. Never had problems in the unfortunately the many times I had to go here. So my 4 stars is for this center. Comcast in general- Well thats a story for another day. And its a long sad story to say the least. .
YOU GUYS SUCK !! I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A TECHNICIAN FOR INSTALLATION SINCE YESTERDAY AND I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANYTHING EXCEPT A BUNCH OF BS RUNAROUNDS. IF VERIZON SERVICES WERE ACCEPTABLE IN MY AREA I WOULD NEVER CHOOSE YOU LOUSY PIECES OF SHIT !.
If possible I would give zero stars. Never go for comcast at all. Bad service with higher price..
