Beware of this scam artist!!!! He keeps trying to collect a large payment from me and my medical insurance for a service that was covered by my dental plan. I've filed complaints with the insurance company and BBB. Everyone is nice and friendly until they try to rip you off. I paid 100% of my copay and he keeps sending me bills!!! Stay far away!!!
