This was the worst dentist office I've ever been to. The secretary cares about money and not the person's well-being not to mention will call out personal information in front of other patients and this office charged me for a job they didn't complete and never called me back to complete the job..

When I walk in I get a welcome from Shelby before I even see her, and as I’m signing in I hear another hello from Stephanie as she’s walking up to take me back. Stephanie’s very bubbly and gentle while assisting Dr. Thompson. Dr. Thompson I give my full respect to; I’m not just another patient she really cared about if I was in pain or not. I’ve never had such a good cavity filling experience as I have the first time here. I felt NO PAIN. I have had two visits for cavities so far with Dr. Thompson and it was honestly the best dental procedures I’ve had in my life. I trust her completely. I also get my teeth cleaned regularly from Ashley. She is a super smart cookie! Also, she is very patient with me, she never gets aggravated at all my questions even in the middle of my cleaning. Once it’s all done Shelby asks me how everything went and asks how I’m doing. I always look forward to talking to her afterwards because she has a big smile and laughs when she speaks to me; which who wouldn’t feel good when someone treats you that way! Also Kimber was very knowledgeable with my insurance questions even though I didn’t get to speak to her for very long because I didn’t have any more questions. She was very professional. I will continue to come here because everyone seems to be happy working there and it’s not just a clock in clock out job. They actually care about me, and know me by name..
I am so impressed with Aspen Dental in Hixson, TN. My elderly mom needed a new set of false teeth. All of the folks in the office have been so sweet to her!! But they really went out of their way to help me. I live out of town and have to take time off from work to take my mom to appointments. The wax pair needed a little adjustment which meant that I would have to come back for another appointment before the final pick up which meant more time off from work. Sharla and Bevin worked together to make the adjustment while we waited which saved me a whole additional trip down and extra time away from my work. I’m so grateful for their willingness to help me out AND it was even at the end of their day!!! Super grateful!!! Great group!.
