2Office staff told me a different story about the insurance I carry two weeks before. They (she) was rude as I tried to make an appointment. While she ignored me and continued to type something for 3 minutes. Then she asked me what I wanted. Oh we don't take that insurance now. Uh it will be 4 months before you can make an appointment for teeth cleaning. This was the poorest customer service I have ever encountered.
