The staff was courteous and the assistant explained what the procedure would entail. When Dr. Sanford came in, he further explained and began the procedure (fillings). He numbed me very well and I didn't feel a thing by the time he got started. As someone that has had some unpleasant experiences in the past, I was happy and felt as ease with his level of professionalism and care. I will definitely be requesting to see him again for any future appointments! Highly recommend!.
He was very rude and impatient with the staff. He was not at all friendly and didn't seem to take an interest in whether my impressions were done correctly or not.
Have had several crowns, numerous fillings, a root canal, and a wisdom tooth extraction done by the Carolina Bright Smiles . Great results on all counts. And best of all, nearly painless..
