I have never had a worst experience --- the first day was great !! The brown haired dentist was so sweet ( can't remember her name ) and the assistant also can't remember her name. It was my first time visiting them. I needed two possibly three root canals and a long list of other things over the next few months. I spent hours going through all the X-rays and the treatment plan, to complete the endo work the following morning When I arrived today, in pain and scared the snippity lady with the accent told me that everything they had laid out last night was wrong. I don't know about you but I don't have 10 grand to pay on the spot. I said well let's figure out something --- I was slightly annoyed. No one was in the lobby and I called my husband to explain to him what was going on --- the lady with th accent asked me to calm down. I was not even speaking to her -- I said please go and try and find a solution. She began to tell me to not speak to her like that --- Which upset me. I was not even upset with her!! Nor was I speaking to her... she went to the back and came back with an army of woman. I said who is this and the blonde lady said I am the dentist and the owner -- you need to leave. Omg. I was stunned I should have been in the chair getting work done. Instead I was being asked to leave and never return. Stunned !! This place does not care about you - they don't care about your interest !! Bad bad bad bad bad !! Sickened.
