2Completely lacks chair side manner. She never explains what she\'s about to do, what to expect to feel and she comes across as cold and uncaring. Just because poor people have fewer options and find themselves at BTY, they shouldn\'t be made to feel that their dentist lacks compassion. Lastly, when we expressed our disappointment in the office dropping the ball in scheduling, she proceeded to blame the ins. company rather than apologizing and looking into the matter. Very disappointing.
