4I took my daughters here about a week ago and had a great experience, but when it came to myself, the experience was quite the opposite. I had an appointment this morning and was 10 minutes late. I missed my turn and had to backtrack to get there, I even explained this to the lady over the phone before I arrived. When I arrived, the same lady I spoke with (at the front desk) had an attitude (I think she was having a bad morning) and said I could fill out the paperwork but that she canceled my appointment and I would have to reschedule. I told her I could quickly fill out the paperwork but she got an attitude and refused to help. I told her that if I could not be seen, due to my work schedule I had no choice but to cancel the services all together and that I would schedule my appointment with a different practice closer to me. Her response was \"ok\". Doesn't seem like she really cares about the company she works for... (they were not busy, no customers in the waiting area, nurses standing around socializing, etc. - she had no reason to be so short with me) Also, why in the world would I reschedule and give my money to a company that treats their customers like this? It's funny that they keep you waiting in the waiting area for 15+ minutes, but they cancel your appointment if you are 10 minutes late??? How is that good service? Needless to say after this experience, I will not be going here and I am going to take my daughters to a different, more caring practice as well. Looks like they missed out on 4 potential lifetime customers and thousands of dollars over the course of time.
