Our family treated with Dr. Snyder for approximately 25 years without incident; however, the practice was sold and the quality of care diminished. In the process of receiving a crown, one of the dentists ground my tooth to small to receive the crown. This result required an extraction and implant. The office manager refused to pay for the extraction and implant. In fact, she refused to even discuss the issue with me. I do not recommend

I have never ever in the whole of my life wrote anything bad about any body. I am kind of a guy who really wish people the best. Even if they do mistakes with me, I forgive them without any thing in my heart. However, my daughter, my 6 years old daughter has really suffered in this place. I told my wife to go and accompany my daughter. While I was at work, my wife sent me a video of how my daughter looked miserable in this place. She has been admitted by the DR and after couple of scans to her tooth, they told my wife, that my daughter needs to go to a pediatric. Now why on earth, they did not tell my wife that they do not do pediatric job!.

Angie the hygienist is very meticulous and very informative. Dr Nguyen very caring and diligent. Both my husband and I go to this practice. Love it there! Highly recommend the entire office.
