We were referred here by our dentist (our in-network dr referred us to an out-of-network dr for some reason - which we didn't know). They told us they didn't hear from insurance company yet, and it usually is 20% out of pocket. When procedure was done we called insurance comp to see what the fee should be. It should have been 100% covered w/a $50 deductible. Well since they were out of network we owe them $556. Apparently, they got a letter from the insurance company 4 days prior to procedure stating how much it was going to cost but \" they didn't see the letter while we were there getting the procedure.\" and that \"all the sudden after we left they found out how much it was going to cost.\" They said that since we got the procedure done there was nothing they can do!
