If you're late, they're going to bill you, hard. If they are late, which they are, oh well you better get ready to wait or prepare to be confronted by the dentist who will only tell you that you have limited options... opt out to begin with, and find another dentist. Poor scheduling (as if my time is not worth money as well) the place is hard to find and very unprofessional. I highly recommend going somewhere else.
