1When Dr. Hicks was running the practice it was fantastic but since Queen City has taken over no one can or will explain why there are changed on my account aftet their new billing system was implemented and switched it out of my name and into my daughter's but for some unknown reason they won't explain don't know if they can change it back so now we are paying the same bill twice. If you go here make sure you keep your receipt for every payment because they can't or won't explain it if there's a mistake. I have tried repeatedly to speak with the new dentist but with no response.

2Dentist (I use that term loosely so I don\'t offend an actual Dentist), refused service on patient. Either incompetent or just lazy, but would never recommend her for anybody. Worse service and should not have a license to treat people.

1Dr. Coonen is by far the best dentist I have ever been to, he’s always so nice and makes sure you are comfortable and okay with the procedures before, during, and after. His staff makes you feel apart of the family! Great place, wouldn’t go anywhere else!
