My husband had an abscessed tooth. We made an appointment with dr cannons office because he was in our network through met life. We showed up for the appointment and the staff couldn't pull up his insurance information. My husband was in a tremendous amount of pain. They turned him away even though I had MetLife on the phone and they confirmed he had insurance. We left and went to another office right down the road where they found his insurance information immediately and treated him right away.
