I would highly recommend using Elice Dental Care. Since Dr. Elice retired, I can say he left his practice in excellent hands. I recently had Dr. Mossad for service and am most pleased. She has such a special way of making you feel comfortable. In addition, I want to share that Joanne, the hygenist, is a delight. She made my "dental anxiety" put to ease with teeth cleaning. Her personality and expertise in the field are above and beyond. I would not want any other hygenist. She is truly an exceptional hygenist. Lastly, the desk staff is aces. Coming here is a win - win. Beware of charges they don't tell you about till after your visit. I went in April for a check-up, teeth cleaning, and x-rays, all covered by my health insurance. Today I received a notice of denial of payment from my insurance for $10 the doctor's office is charging for protective gear. When I called the doctor's office, I was told that some insurance companies pay for it and some don't, and if they don't pay, they will charge the patient. Before and during my visit I was not informed that I would have to pay $10 for their protective gear. I brought my own face mask as requested. Before my visit I gave them my health insurance name, phone number, URL for the website, and my member number. So they could find out what was covered by the insurance, but now I am expected to pay for the face masks of the doctor, assistant, and office person without being informed about it beforehand. I cancelled my appointment for 6 months from now..
He handed his practice off to another orthodontist abruptly with no notice if I knew that I would have never retained him. The orthodontist that took over his practice is only interested in money not doing a quality job and especially not finishing up doctor Weinstein's patients correctly because she was not making any money off of them..
Dr. Alexander's practice is the finest with respect to treating there patients needs in a courteous manner, with the satisfaction that you have gotten the best care available, anywhere..

I have a horrible fear of needles and suddenly I needed fillings. My previous dentist did not respect my fear of needles and became angry when I jumped after seeing a syringe appear right in front of my face. Dr. Nguyen and her staff were incredibly kind, empathetic, and informative. They all took great care in making sure I never saw a needle and had minimal discomfort during the numbing process.
