7I felt as though communication was incredibly unclear with staff. I made an appointment for a cleaning, it wasn't until after I was in the chair that I was told that first time visitors can't have a cleaning. I would need full xrays and an examination and then have to come back for a cleaning. When I first made my appointment I asked if my insurance was covered, I was assured that the way my insurance worked was I pay upfront and then get reimbursed. Later I found out that they do not take ANY insurance. I ended up paying a lot out of pocket. Overall wasted time and money.My previous dentist retired and I had gone to him my entire life and never once had an issue.
