Patient here for about 10 years and never had an issue until now. Even though it's a smaller office with very old and outdated equipment, the staff, in particular Jackie the hygienist, have always been very pleasant and for the most part helpful. Sharon the office manager on the other hand, was very condescending and rude because of their mistake and imho should be fired for the way she treated me, the patient. The day before I was supposed to get my implant I was called to first tell me my benefits are out and I owe them $1300, and second that I need to come in earlier (which I could not because I was working.) This was the second time they canceled on me and now I can't get the crown until after the new year (when my benefits renew) because they were closed the last week of December. After several dodged phone calls, belittling phone conversations with Sharon (tried spinning the story with all this dental jargon that was meaningless to try and confuse, told me I needed to "shut up and listen", I have "crappy" insurance, called my insurance rep "low level" and lied to the manager when I got him to call back and said I canceled on them, "vial", "cruel", "abusive", "It doesn't work that way", and she "hates to burst my bubble but the insurance company can't make us pay anything"), and no response from Dr. Harmon, my insurance company thankfully stepped in. The insurance company sided with ME because I had saved the phone messages in which they called me to cancel and played them for the case worker. Now they won't refund my 715 initial payment because they are bitter that I won my grievance against them and have a new dentist now. Feeling like Dr. Harmon is a straight shyster that can't even return my phone calls because he knows they are in the wrong in how they handled this situation. In fact, I didn't even want to have to write these reviews because I am really not a vindictive person, but if I can save just one person from dealing with the mess they are STILL putting me through then it's worth it..
Awesome dentist! Small one doctor practice. Very personable and great at his career. Staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend..
Trustworthy and professional. You don’t need to worry about getting a procedure you don’t need. Does things right the first time and no high pressure sales like some other money hungry dentists I’ve been to before. Wish I went to him before spending thousands on procedures I didn’t need. Treats my whole extended family now and everyone likes it there..

Dr. Harmon takes very good care of my family's dental health. My son is 'A' okay because of the preventive procedure. He would inform us with what the next steps would be and all we have to do is schedule an appointment. Everyone is very friendly and warm..
